Abstract

The invention relates to a chestnutsdispe capsule and a preparation method thereof. The chestnutsdispe capsule is prepared from the following materials: 15-25% of tuckahoe, 15-25% of Polyporus umbellatus, 15-25% of rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae (fried), 25-35% of rhizoma alismatis and 10-15% of cinnamon. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) decocting tuckahoe and the Polyporus umbellatus in water, filtering, and concentrating; (2) extracting volatile oil from cinnamon, and carrying out inclusion; filtering the distilled aqueous solution, and merging the filtrate withthe concentrated solution in step (1); (3) cleansing rhizoma alismatis and rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae (fried), drying, and coarsely crushing; (4) refluxing the cinnamon decoction dregs, the rhizoma alismatis and the rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae with 60% ethanol, merging the extracts, reclaiming the ethanol, concentrating to a relative density of 1.02 (80 DEG C), and maintaining the concentrated solution for later use; and (5) merging the concentrated solutions in steps (2) and (4), and concentrating to a relative density of 1.31-1.34 (70 DEG C); depressurizing, drying, crushing,adding the inclusion compound and starch, uniformly mixing, sieving and encapsulating. The method is applicable to the preparation and the production of the chestnutsdispe capsule.
