Abstract

The invention relates to a tomato pomace biological fermentation feed and a preparation method thereof. The fermentation feed consists of tomato pomace, a substrate and a complex microorganism, wherein the tomato pomace biological feed is prepared by solid fermentation of the complex microorganism and low temperature drying and the preparation method comprises the following steps of: adding 5 to 50 percent of crushed plant straw, bran and hulls into the tomato pomace; inoculating a complex microorganism strain obtained by three-stage culturing; uniformly mixing the materials; and performing the solid fermentation, the low temperature drying and crushing to prepare the tomato pomace biological feed. The prepared feed of the invention has the advantages of improving the utilization efficiency and the biological value of the tomato pomace serving as one raw material of the feed, reducing the environmental pollution and resource waste caused by difficult utilization of the tomato pomace, reducing the breeding cost, increasing the disease resistance of livestock and poultry and improving the productivity of the livestock and poultry, so the feed is a novel resource utilization type biological feed and has great economic value and great social value.
