Embodiment 1

[0019] The present invention utilizes iron salt modified eggshell to remove the method for phosphorus in water, comprises the following steps:

[0020] 1. Pretreatment of waste eggshells:

[0021] The recovered discarded eggshells are cleaned to remove the inner membrane. After it was dried, it was ground and separated by passing through a 100-mesh sieve. Dry the egg shell powder with a particle size of less than 100 mesh at 105°C and put it in a desiccator for later use.

[0022] 2. Eggshell modification:

[0023] At a temperature of 25°C, to 20mL of 0.25mol / L Fe(NO 3 ) 3 Add 4 g of pretreated waste eggshell powder to the solution, and keep stirring. After 24h, filter and wash with distilled water 4 times. Finally, put it into an oven, dry it at 105°C and pass it through a 100-mesh sieve for separation.

[0024] 3. Modified eggshell phosphorus removal:

[0025] Add 0.1g of modified eggshell powder into 100mL phosphorus-containing solution with a concentration of 15mg(...

Embodiment 2

[0027] Substantially the same as in Example 1, Fe(NO 3 ) 3 When the solution modified the eggshell, the temperature was changed to 60°C, and the adsorption amount of phosphorus by the modified eggshell powder was 3.50mg(P) / g.

Embodiment 3

[0029] Basically the same as Example 1, adopt 0.4mol / L FeCl of 12.5mL 3 The solution was used to modify discarded eggshells, and the others were the same as in Example 1. The adsorption capacity of modified eggshell powder to phosphorus was 3.58 mg(P) / g.

[0030] It can be seen from Examples 1, 2, and 3 that when modifying discarded eggshells, the modification temperature and the type of iron salt have no significant impact on the phosphorus removal ability of the modified eggshells.

Abstract

The invention belongs to the processing field of sewage containing phosphorus, and discloses a method for removing phosphorus in water by utilizing ferric salt-modified eggshells. The method comprises the following steps: the modified process of the eggshell: mixing 0.1-0.5mol/L of ferric salt solution and eggshell power at the temperature of 10-60 DEG C, wherein the mass ratio of substance amount of ferric salt to the eggshell powders is 0.001-0.0015mol/g; subsequently continually stirring for 24h; filtering; finally placing into an oven; drying at the temperature of 100-105 DEG C; sieving through a 100-mesh sieve to obtain the modified eggshell powders; and placing the modified eggshell powders into a dryer for later use; and phosphorous removal process in sewage: adding 0.1-1g of modified eggshell powders to 100mL of solution containing phosphorus with the concentration of 0.2-50mg (P)/L, wherein the pH of the solution is 3-10; performing constant temperature vibration at the temperature below 10-40 DEG C in the speed of 50-200r/min; and carrying out 0.45 mu m filter membrane after vibrating for 10min-6h.

Description

1. Technical field: [0001] The invention relates to a method for removing phosphorus in water by using iron salt modified eggshells, and belongs to the field of phosphorus-containing sewage treatment. 2. Background technology: [0002] With the increasing frequency of human activities, the directly available phosphorus resources are decreasing, while the phosphorus concentration in water bodies such as rivers and lakes is increasing. Phosphorus added to water body weight causes algae and other organisms to grow continuously, causing eutrophication of water bodies. The eutrophication of water body has a great impact on human production and life, so various phosphorus removal technologies and methods have been produced, but these methods have more or less shortcomings, which makes it difficult to find efficient, clean and cheap phosphorus removal method has become a hot spot in water treatment. [0003] There are many ways to treat phosphorus in water. Physical methods such ...
