Abstract

The invention discloses a concentric circle type metal body surface electrode for a bioelectrical impedance detection technology and a manufacturing method thereof. The method comprises the following steps of: manufacturing metal ring and wafer materials of different sizes by using a mechanical cutting method, and then cleaning the surfaces of the materials to remove dirt on the surfaces; preparing acidic copper chloride etching solution consisting of hydrochloric acid, sodium chloride and copper chloride, and forming a series of micro structures on the surface of the metal ring by using an etching processing method to enlarge the surface area of the electrode; and after the etched metal ring and the wafer are cleaned and dried, integrally connecting the metal ring and the wafer by using non-woven fabric or foam with viscosity to form a concentric circle type double-electrode structure, welding lead buckles and finally obtaining excitation and measurement electrode integrated concentric circle type metal body surface electrode. The method has simple manufacturing process, high production efficiency and low cost, and can effectively reduce the contact impedance of the metal body surface electrode and the human skin and improve the measurement precision of the bioelectrical impedance detection technology.
