Abstract

The invention provides a method for producing additive premix feed by using tryptophan fermentation waste. The method comprises the following steps of: stirring, mixing and concentrating the fermentation waste containing 0.5 to 1 percent of tryptophan and corn steep liquor in a ratio of 1: (0.5-5) to form a mixture containing 10 to 50 percent of solid, uniformly spraying the mixture to the pre-crushed corn grit with grain diameter of 1 to 3 millimeters, stirring and mixing the pulp by using a screw conveyor while spraying, conveying the pulp to an airflow drying system, and instantaneously drying the pulp. The moisture index of the finished product is 5 to 10 percent, and the tryptophan content is 5 to 10 percent. The tryptophan fermentation waste is combined with rich bacterial protein and plant protein in the corn steep liquor and compounded with rich plant fibers in the corn grit, and the nutrient components are mutually complemented, so that the absorption utilization rate of the premix feed is greatly improved.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention relates to a new process of tryptophan additive premixed feed, which belongs to the field of feed, in particular to a method for producing additive premixed feed by using tryptophan fermentation waste. Background technique: [0002] The scientific name of L-tryptophan is β-indolylalanine, the chemical name is L-2-amino-3-indolylpropionic acid, alias L-trypsin amino acid, L-aminoindolepropionic acid, molecular formula C 11 h 12 N 2 o 2 , relative molecular mass 204.23. L-Tryptophan is one of the eight essential amino acids in human and animal life activities, and exists in organisms in a free or combined state. According to the calculation of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations in 2000, the annual demand for L-tryptophan in the world market is about 1.2 million tons or more. In order to promote the application of L-tryptophan, L-tryptophan, whose price has always been relatively high, hopes to have a cheap an...
