Embodiment 1
[0028] Example 1 Isolation, screening and identification of CSUFTAC0906002
[0029] Soil samples were taken and separated, purified and preserved by conventional methods. We isolated 14 strains of actinomycetes from the soil. Using the plate confrontation method, 6 strains with an inhibitory diameter greater than 5 mm were initially screened, and then re-screened with a shaker flask to obtain strains that inhibited mycelial growth. Finally, it was determined that CSUFTAC0906002 had the strongest antagonistic effect.
[0030] After the morphological observation, physiological and biochemical experiments and molecular biological identification of the screened strain, it was finally confirmed that the strain was Streptomyces coccidioides subsp. coccidioides.
[0031] Streptomyces coccidioides subspecies CSUFTAC0906002 bacterial colony and hyphae morphology diagram of the present invention are shown in figure 1 and figure 2 .
Embodiment 2
[0032] Example 2 Determination of Antibacterial Spectrum of CSUFTAC0906002
[0033] Adopt the confrontation training method. Put the pathogenic bacteria cake with a diameter of 6mm on the center of the plate, and then use the inoculation ring to pick up the suspension of the bacteria to be tested at an equidistant distance (3cm from the center of the plate) to inoculate the antagonistic bacteria, and place it in an incubator at 28°C for dark cultivation. After 4 days, observe and record the presence and size of the antibacterial zone, and repeat 3 times. The results are shown in Table 1.

Embodiment 3
[0037] Example 3 CSUFTAC0906002 fermentation broth, culture filtrate antibacterial activity assay
[0038]CSUFTAC0906002 fermentation broth and culture filtrate were used to further measure the antibacterial effect of 10 pathogenic bacteria participating in the preliminary screening experiment. The experimental results showed that after CSUFTAC0906002 was cultured with Gaoshi No. 1 and PDA culture medium, there was no significant difference in the antibacterial effect of CSUFTAC0906002 on 10 pathogenic bacteria. The measurement results (Table 2) showed that there were differences in the antibacterial activity of the fermented liquid against 10 kinds of pathogenic bacteria; while the antibacterial effect of the culture filtrate on these bacteria was weak, and it only had a certain inhibitory effect on the camellia oleifera anthracnose bacterium, and the inhibition rate was 34.7%. The inhibition rate of the fermentation liquid to Camellia oleifera anthracnose, Camellia oleifera ...
