The phosphating liquid comprises the following raw materials: zinc oxide, calcium nitrate, phosphoric acid, hydroquinone, tartaric acid, citric acid, nickel salt, sodium fluoride, sodium molybdate, potassium chlorate and water. The preparation method of the phosphating liquid comprises the following steps: adding the zinc oxide into a small amount of water, and preparing into a paste; adding the phosphoric acid, and sequentially adding the calcium nitrate, hydroquinone, tartaric acid, citric acid, nickel salt, sodium fluoride, sodium molybdate and potassium chlorate after the phosphoric acid is dissolved; and uniformly stirring, and adding water to a certain volume, thus obtaining the phosphating liquid.
