Abstract

The invention relates to high-adhesion polyurethane acrylate and a synthesis method thereof, and belongs to the field of photocuring oligomer. The oligomer is prepared from diisocyanate, a compound containing a carboxyl group and a compound with a condensed ring structure and hydroxylacrylate through a three-step method; and the cured film of the oligomer has the characteristics of good properties, high adhesion and hardness, good flexibility, high glossiness, solvent resistance and the like. Polyurethane acrylate comprises the condensed ring structure with large volume and belongs to a rigid chain; when radicals are cured, volume contraction is reduced; and hydrogen bonded to nitrogen in an imide-urea structure of polyurethane acrylate is active hydrogen and is easy to form chemical bonds or hydrogen bonds having higher bond energy together with hydroxyl and carboxyl on a base material, thus the adhesion can be increased. The synthetic raw materials have wide sources and low prices, and industrialized production can be performed; and when high-adhesion polyurethane acrylate is used as the base resin of an ultraviolet (UV) paint or UV ink, chemical or physical treatment is not required for some base materials and higher adhesion can be directly obtained. Therefore, high-adhesion polyurethane acrylate has higher industrial application value.
