Embodiment Construction

[0029] like figure 1 As shown, the process flow of the pretreatment and analysis method of the present invention is to adjust the pH value of the surface water sample to 2 to 3 with superior grade pure hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide. Under this acidic condition, the ENVI-Chrom P solid phase extraction treatment, and then with dichloromethane-ethyl acetate (2:1, V / V) to elute the organic matter enriched on the solid-phase extraction column, and then use gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) or gas chromatography - Detection by a flame photometric detector (pFPD).

Abstract

The invention discloses a pre-treatment and analysis method of semi-volatile organic materials (64 types) and organophosphorus pesticides (9 types) in water. The pre-treatment and analysis method comprises the following steps of: in the pre-treatment process, adjusting the pH value of a water sample to 2-3 by using hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide; and then, utilizing an ENVI-ChromP solid-phase extraction column to carry out solid-phase extraction; utilizing dichloromethane-ethyl acetate with the volume ratio of 2:1 to elute the organic materials enriched on the solid-phase extraction column, modifying a solid-phase extraction device and combining the steps of eluting and dehydrating, so as to simplify the procedure; and carrying out detection analysis by using a gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer or a gas chromatograph-flame photometric detector. According to the method provided by the invention, dozens of types of substances are pre-treated simultaneously, so that a subsequent qualitative and quantitative detection is convenient to carry out, in this way, the method is particularly applicable to standardized analysis. The analysis method established by the invention has the advantages of low detection limit, small use amount of organic solvent, better recycling rate, high analysis efficiency and the like, thereby solving the problem that the existing method does not include the treatment and the detection of phenol and aniline substances at the same time.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the monitoring of organic pollutants in the field of environmental monitoring, in particular to a method for pretreatment and analysis of semivolatile organic compounds and organophosphorus pesticides in water. Background technique [0002] Among the pretreatment methods of water samples, the most commonly used extraction method is liquid-liquid extraction. However, this method is prone to form porosity at the interface between the two solvents, requires a large amount of organic solvents, and is labor-intensive and poor in repeatability. The solid-phase extraction method adopts an efficient and highly selective stationary phase, which can significantly reduce the amount of organic solvents, simplify the sample processing procedure, simple operation, and less harmful to the human body. [0003] At present, liquid-liquid extraction and solid-phase extraction are mainly used for the pretreatment of semi-volatile organic compounds...
