The acidic milk beverage is prepared by blending the cranberry primary pulp with the milk under the appropriate process condition. The good mouthfeel and stability of the acidic milk beverage are ensured by a reasonable formula and an appropriate process, and the retention time of the drunk beverage in intestinal tracts can be prolonged, so that a health-care effect of the cranberry primary pulp is better played.
