Problems solved by technology

The advantage of the physical method is that the decolorization process has less impact on the physical and chemical indicators of phospholipids than the chemical method, and it can also absorb some impurities during the decolorization process to improve the quality of phospholipids. However, its decolorizati

Embodiment 1

[0026] Feed-grade phospholipids are used as raw materials, mixed and dissolved with n-hexane at a mass ratio of 1:2, phospholipid weight 1% is added to the mixed phospholipids, and hydrogen peroxide with a concentration of 30% is mixed, and then enter the decolorization tank for decolorization. Decolorize under vacuum for 15 minutes. After decolorization, remove the remaining hydrogen peroxide and solvent under vacuum at 70°C; add n-hexane to dissolve the phospholipids at a ratio of 1:2 by mass, pump them into a decolorization tank, and add 10% phospholipids for chromatography. Silica gel, stirred at 45°C for 10 minutes under vacuum conditions, filtered through a leaf filter, and desolvated to obtain decolorized phospholipids.

[0027] The indicators of the decolorized phospholipid were detected, and the results showed that the Gardner color was 8, the acid value was 23.5mgKOH / g, the peroxide value was 3.6meq / kg, and the ether insoluble matter was 0.18%.

Embodiment 2

[0029] Feed-grade phospholipids are used as raw materials, mixed and dissolved with n-hexane at a mass ratio of 1:1, phospholipid weight 0.5% is added to the mixed phospholipids, and hydrogen peroxide with a concentration of 30% is mixed, and then enter the decolorization tank for decolorization. Under the condition of vacuum decolorization for 30min, after decolorization, remove the remaining hydrogen peroxide and solvent under the vacuum condition of 60°C; add n-hexane to dissolve in the ratio of phospholipid mass ratio 1:2, pump into the decolorization tank, add phospholipid weight 5% Chromatography on silica gel, stirring at 35°C for 20 minutes under vacuum conditions, entering into a leaf filter for filtration and desolventization to obtain decolorized phospholipids.

[0030] The indicators of the decolorized phospholipid were detected, and the results showed that the Gardner color was 9+, the acid value was 25.2 mgKOH / g, the peroxide value was 5.3 meq / kg, and the ether in...

Embodiment 3

[0032] Use feed grade phospholipids as raw materials, mix and dissolve it with n-hexane at a mass ratio of 1:3, add 2% phospholipids in weight to this mixed phospholipids, mix with hydrogen peroxide with a concentration of 30%, enter the decolorization tank for decolorization, and heat at a temperature of 35°C Under the condition of vacuum decolorization for 15min, after the decolorization is completed, remove the remaining hydrogen peroxide and solvent under the vacuum condition of 80°C; add n-hexane to dissolve in the ratio of phospholipid mass ratio 1:2, pump it into the decolorization tank, add phospholipid weight 8% Chromatography on silica gel, stirring at 35°C for 25 minutes under vacuum conditions, entering into a leaf filter for filtration and precipitation to obtain decolorized phospholipids.

Abstract

The invention provides a two-step decolorization method for phospholipid. The method comprises the following steps of: dissolving the phospholipid by using n-hexane as a solvent, adding a proper amount of hydrogen peroxide into the mixed phospholipid for oxidation and decolorization, and removing most pigment; and performing vacuum heating to remove un-reacted hydrogen peroxide and solvent, adding n-hexane to dissolve the phospholipid in a certain ratio, adding chromatography silica gel in a certain ratio, reacting with stirring, adsorbing peroxide, impurities and partial pigment in the phospholipid, filtering, desolventizing, and thus obtaining decolorized phospholipid. By adopting two-step decolorization, on the premise that the decolorization effect is ensured, the consumption of the hydrogen peroxide is reduced by over 30 percent, and the oxidation degree of the phospholipid in the decolorization process is effectively reduced; and by the adsorption effect of the silica gel, the acid value and the peroxide value of the phospholipid are further reduced, the transparency of the phospholipid is improved, and the quality of the product is effectively improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of oil processing, in particular to the processing of phospholipids, and more particularly to a two-step decolorization method for phospholipids. Background technique [0002] Phospholipids are phosphorus-containing lipids that are widely distributed in animal viscera, brain marrow, nerve tissue, blood, milk, egg yolk and plant fruits. In the past, phospholipids were often isolated and extracted from egg yolks, so they were often called "lecithin", but now phospholipids can be extracted from many vegetable oil products such as soybean oil, rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, and corn oil. Phospholipids obtained from vegetable oils often have color, which directly affects the use of phospholipids in various products. The color of phospholipids mainly comes from two parts: one part is brought in by raw materials, such as carotenoids, chlorophyll, etc. Carotenoids are mainly β-carotene or lutein; chlorophyll mainly refers to t...
