Abstract

The invention discloses a fracture acidizing cleanup additive and a preparation method thereof. The cleanup additive consists of the following components in percentage by weight: (1) 0.01-0.5 percent of fluorine-containing carbon chain Gemini surfactant G1 or G2; (2) 1-35 percent of nonionic surfactant; (3) 5-30 percent of small molecular alcohol; (4) 0-10 percent of alkyl benzyl dimethyl ammonium chloride or alkyl trimethyl ammonium chloride; and (5) the balance of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: adding/or not adding the alkyl benzyl dimethyl ammonium chloride or alkyl trimethyl ammonium chloride for the nonionic surfactant; dissolving in mixed solvent of water and the small molecular alcohol; stirring for full dissolving; then adding fluorine-containing carbon chain surfactant; continuously stirring; and cooling to room temperature to prepare the cleanup additive. Through the fracture acidizing cleanup additive, the surface tension can be obviously reduced, water contact angle is increased, capillary force is reduced, and the flow-back efficiency of injected fluid is increased.
