The invention discloses a preparation method of a spiral titanium dioxide (TiO2) nano wire doped with silver/silver chloride (Ag/AgCl). The preparation method comprises the following steps of 1) dissolving C18-D-Glu in a mixed solution of methanol and water; 2) adding isopropoxy diacetyl titanium acetone into the mixed solution, stirring for 2h at the temperature of 55 DEG C; 3) centrifugally separating the mixed solution to obtain colloid, and freeze-drying the colloid to obtain faint yellow powder; 4) calcinating the faint yellow powder at the temperature of 550 DEG C for 6h to obtain a spiral TiO2 nano wire; 5) mixing the spiral TiO2 nano wire, cetyl trimethylammonium chloride and water and stirring for 1h; 6) adding the silver nitrate (AgNO3) and stirring for 1h, and continuously stirring the mixture for 1h under the radiation of a 8W ultraviolet lamp; 7) centrifugally separating the mixture and drying at the temperature of 80 DEG C for 8h to obtain brown powder; and 8) calcinatinng the brown powder for 6h at the temperature of 300 DEG C to obtain the spiral TiO2 nano wire doped with the Ag/AgCl. Due to the adoption of the preparation method, the quantum yield of the TiO2 is greatly improved, and the process for photocatalytically degrading organic pollutants by utilizing TiO2 can be accelerated. Compared with the ordinary P25, the spiral titanium dioxide (TiO2) nano wire doped with silver/silver chloride (Ag/AgCl) has the advantage that the speed for degrading the pollutant with the same concentration can be improved by ten times; the catalysis efficiency under the visible light is high, and the catalytic degrading speed is high.

Metal quaternary ammonium oxyphosphate dispersoid and application of metal quaternary ammonium oxyphosphate dispersoid to exploitation of thickened oil

The invention relates to a metal quaternary ammonium oxyphosphate dispersoid for developing the oil deposit of thickened oil to improve the exploitation rate of crude oil and application of the metal quaternary ammonium oxyphosphate dispersoid to the exploitation of the thickened oil. By the metal quaternary ammonium oxyphosphate dispersoid, the emulsification, catalytic viscosity reduction and dissolution in exothermic reaction of the thickened oil are realized. According to the technical scheme, the metal quaternary ammonium oxyphosphate dispersoid consists of quaternary ammonium cations and metal oxyphosphate anions. A preparation method comprises the following steps of: stirring an aqueous solution of Na2MoO4 or Na2WO4 or NaVO4 and a Na2HPO4 solution, heating, dripping concentrated hydrochloric acid for reacting, and extracting by using diethyl ether to prepare metal oxyphosphate; and adding alkyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, and stirring to prepare the metal quaternary ammonium oxyphosphate dispersoid. The thickened oil is heated to be melted, and metal quaternary ammonium oxyphosphate and hydrogen peroxide are added with stirring or air is introduced or peroxy-isobutane is added to perform reaction for 3 to 8 hours, so that the viscosity reduction of the thickened oil is realized under the condition of catalytic oxidation. The metal quaternary ammonium oxyphosphate has acatalytic effect, so that the thickened oil is subjected to the exothermic catalytic oxidation reaction under the action of an oxidant to reduce the viscosity and improve the exploitation rate.

Method for preparing nano composite high-absorptivity chrome tanning auxiliary agent by combining polycarboxylic acid copolymer with montmorillonite

The invention relates to a method for preparing a nano composite high-absorptivity chrome tanning auxiliary agent by combining polycarboxylic acid copolymer with montmorillonite. In the traditional chrome tanning method, the absorptivity is not high, and serious pollution is caused by direct discharge of a great deal of chromium-containing waste liquid. The method comprises the steps of: dispersing 2-10 g of nano montmorillonite with 150-400 g of distilled water, adding 0.5-1.5 g of cetyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, reacting at the temperature of 60-95 DEG C for 4-6 hours and ultrasonically treating for 0.5-2 hours to obtain modified montmorillonite; and dispersing 2-10 g of modified montmorillonite with 150-300 g of water for 2-5 hours, adding 15-30 g of methacrylic acid, reacting for 0.5-2 hours, heating in water bath, keeping dropwise adding methacrylic acid and an initiator at 50-80 DEG C for 30 minutes, carrying out an isothermal reaction for 1-3 hours, cooling and discharging to obtain a final product. The method has the advantages that: a pickling working procedure in the traditional chrome tanning process is omitted, the absorptivity to the chrome tanning waste liquid is improved, and the final product is a environment-friendly nano composite material.

Method for extracting soybean protein by using dodecyltrimethylammonium chloride reverse micellar solution

The invention relates to a method for extracting soybean protein by using a dodecyltrimethylammonium chloride reverse micellar solution, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: adding full-fat soybean powder or soybean meal powder to a dodecyltrimethylammonium chloride (DTAC) reverse micellar solution, extracting, and carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain a soybean protein solution. The invention has the following major advantages: because of the use of the dodecyltrimethylammonium chloride reverse micelle, the formation time of the reverse micellar system is short, and the preparation is more convenient and faster; because the extraction of soybean protein by DTAC/n-heptane-n-hexyl alcohol reverse micellar system is assisted by ultrasound, the preparation is more convenient and faster; the extraction rate is obviously improved, and the extraction time is shortened; in the extraction process, the protein is enclosed by water environment in the reverse micelle, the water environment is similar to the intracellular environment and the conditions are wild, thereby ensuring that the protein can not be denatured easily and the bioactivity thereof can be kept; compared with other surfactants, the residual surfactant in the soybean protein, i.e. the dodecyltrimethylammonium chloride, is easy to separate, thereby achieving high product purity; and the method has the advantages of no acid and alkaline wastewater discharge and no pollution.
