In the composite film, starch is taken as a major raw material; by degrading and oxidizing the starch, the molecular weight of the starch is reduced, an active functional group of the starch is modified, and a low-molecular-weightstarch solution containing a reduced group is prepared; the starch film is prepared in the solution in a self-assembly way; and the starch/nano-silver antibacterial composite film is prepared by soaking the starch self-assembly film into a silver ammonia solution according to a silver mirror reacting principle.
