According to a formula, the coating comprises raw materials with the weight ratios as follows: 10 to 25 percent of methacrylate, 25 to 30 percent of acrylate, 20 to 25 percent of styrene, 4 to 6 percent of acrylic acid, 5 to 15 percent of acrylic acid hydroxyl ester, 20 to 40 percent of alcohol ether cosolvents and 2 to 5 percent of initiators; after a copolymerization reaction is conducted, a neutralizer is added to a reaction kettle to regulate a pH (potential of hydrogen) value to 6 to 9; and then the alcohol solvents are added to the reaction kettle and then the coating is formed.
