Embodiment Construction

[0016] The method and system of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments and accompanying drawings. Such as figure 1 Shown:

[0017] 1. Water vacuuming process.

[0018] 1.1 After the flash gas from the urea flash tank and the steam from the first-stage evaporator are cooled by a surface cooler 1, the uncooled gas comes out from the bottom of the first surface cooler 1 and enters a section of hydraulic jet pump 2 and a section of hydraulic jet pump 2 Under the high-speed flow of the circulating fluid extracted by the water pump 3, a negative pressure is formed, and the non-condensed gas is sucked into the circulating water and sent to the circulating water tank 4. The second steam is cooled by the second surface cooler 5, and the uncondensed gas enters the intermediate cooler 6 to be cooled again, and then sent to the second stage hydraulic jet pump 7, and the second stage hydraulic jet pump 7 forms a negative pressure under t...

Abstract

The invention discloses a water vacuumizing method and a water vacuumizing system in urea production. The method is used for vacuumizing a urea evaporation system with circulating water by the aid of a circulating system formed by sequentially connecting a hydraulic jet pump, a circulating water tank and a water pump through pipelines. The method and the system utilize water as media to vacuumize the urea evaporation system, so that consumption of vapor is reduced, and energy sources are saved. When the water is utilized as the vacuumizing media, uncondensed gases dissolve in water, and as the uncondensed gases generally refer to NH3 (ammonia) and CO2 (carbon dioxide), when concentration reaches to a specific value after the uncondensed gases dissolve in water, the circulating water is delivered to a subsequent process so that NH3 and CO2 are analyzed and utilized as raw materials for urea synthesis. The water vacuumizing system is simple in design and small in investment and has an active role in reduction of vapor and ammonia consumption, and urea waste gas emission is reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a vacuum pumping technology in the production of synthetic ammonia urea, in particular to a water vacuum pumping method and system in the production of urea. Background technique [0002] Urea production requires energy saving, mainly from two aspects, one is to reduce ammonia consumption and increase urea production, and the other is to reduce steam consumption, especially for the full cycle water method of aqueous solution, which involves the preheating, decomposition, evaporation and analysis of raw ammonia Waiting to use steam. In the original production process, the first and second stages of the urea evaporation system need to use steam to extract the vacuum, and the amount of steam is large. The later improved vacuuming method is to use the return water of the ammonia condenser to extract the vacuum, but the ammonia condenser needs to be placed at a high place. Another vacuuming method is to use urea ammonium bicarbona...
