Embodiment Construction

[0036] Below in conjunction with accompanying drawing and embodiment the present invention will be further described: as figure 1 As shown, the laser near-net forming method of low porosity alumina-titanium ceramics requires that the embodiment of the present invention: the length of alumina-titanium ceramics is 17mm, the width is 2mm, and the height is 6mm, using JK1002 type Nd:YAG solid The continuous laser performs laser near-net forming on alumina titanium powder, and the specific forming steps are as follows:

[0037] A. Select 42-90 μm near-spherical aluminum oxide titanium according to the requirements, add 10wt.% SiC, mix the powder with a good ratio in a planetary ball mill for 24 hours, and then dry it in an electric blast drying oven at 100°C for 4 hours;

[0038] B. Before processing, sand the forming substrate 6 with sandpaper and clean it with alcohol;

[0039] C. Put the pretreated composite powder into the powder feeder 7, and adjust the working distance betwe...

Abstract

The invention discloses a laser near net shaping method of a low-porosity titanium alumina ceramic piece. Laser net shaping is performed on titanium alumina ceramic powder by using a laser processing system. The laser near net shaping method specifically comprises the following steps of: mixing the titanium alumina ceramic powder and SiC powder, drying and then placing in a powder feeder; connecting a laser processing head with a Nd:YAG solid laser through a transmission optical fiber; and realizing the laser net shaping of the low-porosity titanium alumina ceramic piece by controlling continuous movement of the processing head by taking argon gas as powder feeding and protecting gas. According to the laser near net shaping method, on one hand, the laser net shaping of the low-porosity titanium alumina ceramic piece can be realized, and on the other hand, the complexity of parameter optimization is simplified; the introduction of other adverse problems is avoided; and thus, a feasibleparameter range is expanded and the production efficiency is increased.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a forming technology of an alumina-titanium ceramic part, in particular to a laser near-net forming method for a low-porosity alumina-titanium ceramic part. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of the world's industrial level and advanced manufacturing technology, the service life requirements of structural parts in special environments continue to increase, and the performance of metal materials in high-temperature corrosion, insulation and high-wear environments has been difficult to meet the requirements, such as aerospace engines. High wear and high temperature resistant impellers, manipulators for extreme industrial and mining conditions, special parts for national defense and high-tech fields, etc. Due to its wide range of sources, and its unique properties of wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high hardness and high temperature resistance, ceramic materials have attracted much attention in the mat...
