Abstract

The invention relates to feed and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a puffing feed for preventing whitening of black carp body color and a preparation method of the feed. The puffing feed comprises the following components by weight: 7-15% of fish meal, 15-30% of peeled bean pulp, 10-20% of rapeseed dreg, 1-5% of squid paste, 6-12% of meat and bone meal, 3-6% of beer yeast, 2-5% of pine needle meal, 3-7% of robinia pseudoacacia leave powder, 2-6% of seaweed meal, 0.1-0.2% of L-ascorbate-2-phosphate, 0.15-0.65% of choline chloride, 3-7% of corn protein powder, 15-25% of flour, 1-2% of soya-bean oil, 1-2% of monocalcium phosphate and 1-2% of fish pre-mix compound. The preparation method of the feed comprises the following steps: 1) weighting the components; 2) mixing uniformly and crushing; 3) introducing steam into a conditioner for conditioning, and carrying out pelletizing in an extrusion puffing pelletizer; and 4) drying. The feed has the advantages of being complete innutrition, and capable of being digested and absorbed easily, promoting deposition of fish organism pigments, and preventing body color change; and the puffing feed is good in stability in water, andhigh in digesting efficiency, and reduces the feed waste.
