Abstract

The invention discloses a method for extracting flavone component in hawthorn by using a pressurized liquid extraction (APLE) technique. The method comprises removing kernels from matured hawthorn fruits, conducting low-temperature drying, smashing by using a grinder, screening hawthorn powder with needed particle size, placing for reserving, weighting certain amount of the hawthorn powder to be sufficiently mixed with certain amount of kieselguhr, filling in an extraction pool, sealing the extraction pool, placing in a pressurized solvent extraction device, adding solvent, setting parameters and then automatically extracting. Maximum 12 samples can be automatically extracted by using a same method. The pressurized liquid extraction method is adopted, extracting time is short, conditions are mild, the solvent is saved, and flavone yield is high. The method further has the advantages of simple operation, good continuity and the like. Obtained hawthorn flavone can be used for further research and development of medical treatment, health care and functional foods.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to natural product extraction technology, in particular to a process for extracting flavonoids in hawthorn by means of pressurized solvent extraction (APLE). Background technique [0002] Raw material Hawthorn fruit, Rosaceae Hawthorn genus, can be used for both medicine and food, and is rich in resources in our country. "Compendium of Materia Medica" records that this product is "sour, sweet and slightly warm, digests food accumulation, and nourishes the spleen". Hawthorn is warm in nature, sour in taste, and has the effects of digesting food accumulation, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Clinically, its dried fruit is mainly used for food accumulation, women's postpartum stasis and abdominal pain, hernia, and children's acne. The research on the chemical components of hawthorn began in 1921, and the research before the 1950s mostly focused on the cellulose, tannins, triterpenoids and other components conta...
