Embodiment 1

[0017] The first step, scum pretreatment

[0018] The scum produced by the sewage treatment plant is first filtered through a 2mm screen. After sedimentation for 4 hours, the concentrated scum is obtained by centrifugation at 3000 rpm for 20 minutes. The concentrated scum is baked in an oven at 103 ° C for 8-10 hours. Make the moisture content less than 5% to obtain the dried sludge;

[0019] The second step, in situ esterification

[0020] Get the sludge after 5g drying, add 130ml concentration and be 100% methanol, then drip 5ml mass concentration is 98% sulfuric acid solution, at 55 DEG C of temperature, stirring reaction 24 hours;

[0021] The third step is to extract

[0022] The mixed solution after in situ esterification was naturally cooled to room temperature in the air, 100 concentration of 100% n-hexane solution was added, mixed for 3 minutes, centrifuged at 3000 rpm for 3 minutes, the solids were discarded, and the supernatant was recovered, and the process was r...

Embodiment 2

[0026] The first step, scum pretreatment, is consistent with Embodiment 1;

[0027] The second step, in situ esterification

[0028] Take 5g of the dried sludge, add 100ml of methanol with a concentration of 100%, then dropwise add 3.5ml of a sulfuric acid solution with a mass concentration of 98%, and stir and react at 65°C for 24 hours;

[0029] The third step is to extract

[0030] The mixed solution after in-situ esterification was naturally cooled to room temperature in the air, 100 ml of n-hexane solution with a concentration of 100% was added, mixed for 3 minutes, centrifuged at 3000 rpm for 3 minutes, the solids were discarded, and the supernatant was recovered, and the process was repeated for 3 Second-rate;

[0031] Step 4, Extraction, Filtration and Product Harvest

[0032] The upper n-hexane phase was collected through a separating funnel, the n-hexane phase was passed through a filter device covered with anhydrous sodium sulfate, the filtrate was collected, and...

Embodiment 3

[0034] The first step, scum pretreatment, is consistent with Embodiment 1;

[0035] The second step, in situ esterification

[0036] Take 5g of the dried sludge, add 120ml of methanol with a concentration of 100%, then dropwise add 4ml of a sulfuric acid solution with a mass concentration of 98%, and stir and react at 75°C for 24 hours;

[0037] The third step is to extract

[0038] The mixed solution after in situ esterification was naturally cooled to room temperature in the air, 100 ml of n-hexane solution with a concentration of 100% was added, mixed for 3 min, centrifuged at 3000 rpm for 3 min, the solids were discarded, and the supernatant was recovered. The process was repeated for 3 Second-rate;

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing biodiesel by floating slag from an in-situ esterification sewage treatment plant. The method comprises the following steps: performing pretreatment on the floating slag to get sludge after drying; adding methanol and a sulfuric acid solution into the sludge after drying, performing a stirring reaction at appropriate temperature and performing in-situ esterification; and reducing a mixed solution after in-situ esterification to room temperature, adding an n-hexane solution, and performing mixed reaction-centrifugation-abandonment of solids-recovery of supernatant fluid-extraction-filtration to get the biodiesel. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the biodiesel is prepared by taking the floating slag from an urban sewage treatment plant as a raw material for in-situ esterification, the problem of treatment and disposal of the floating slag from the sewage treatment plant can be solved, and the productivity of the biodiesel can be more than 20%, which can be improved by at least 100% in comparison with the productivity of the biodiesel prepared from the sludge.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of clean energy development, and particularly relates to a method for preparing biodiesel by in-situ esterification of sewage treatment plant scum. Background technique [0002] During the operation of a large number of urban sewage treatment plants, a large amount of scum will be produced in the sewage pretreatment and secondary sedimentation tanks. The scum contains about 30% lipids. Therefore, in the subsequent treatment, it will cause operational problems such as sludge floating in the sludge digester and clogging of the sludge dewatering filter cloth. On the other hand, as a clean renewable energy, biodiesel can be used as a high-quality substitute for fossil fuels and diesel. When pure oil is used as the raw material, the raw material cost accounts for more than 70% of the total production cost. Therefore, the search for cheap biological raw materials has become a restrictive factor in the production of biodie...
