The device mainly comprises a combustion chamber, wherein a high-temperature heat exchanger, a medium-temperature heat exchanger and a low-temperature heat exchanger are sequentially installed from an air inlet of a flue of the combustion chamber to a smoke outlet of the flue of the combustion chamber, a liquid inlet of the medium-temperature heat exchanger is connected with a first solution pump, a liquid outlet of the medium-temperature heat exchanger is connected with a gas-liquid separator, a gas phase outlet of the gas-liquid separator is connected with a first condenser, a liquid phase outlet of the gas-liquid separator is connected with a liquid inlet of the high-temperature heat exchanger through a second solution pump, a liquid outlet of the high-temperature heat exchanger is connected with an inlet of an ejector, the first condenser is connected with a liquid inlet of the low-temperature heat exchanger, a liquid outlet of the low-temperature heat exchanger is connected with an injection port of the ejector, an outlet of the ejector is connected with a second condenser, and the second condenser is connected with a liquid inlet of the medium-temperature heat exchanger through the first solution pump.
