The self-cleaning powder coating with performances of heavy corrosion protection and super weather resistance disclosed by the invention has phase separation during the curing process to form a fluorocarbon face and an epoxy bottom layer, TiO2 nanometer particles only exist in the fluorocarbon face, and photocatalysis decomposition is prevented under the action of TiO2 due to the high chemical stability of fluorocarbon, so that the powder coating has good performances of self-cleaning, heavy corrosion protection and super weather resistance.
