Embodiment 1

[0022] (1) Put 10g of β-cyclodextrin in 250mL of water, sonicate and control the temperature at 25-35°C until completely dissolved to obtain a saturated aqueous solution of β-cyclodextrin.

[0023] (2) Dissolve 0.3mL lemon balm essential oil in 10mL absolute ethanol to make lemon balm essential oil ethanol solution.

[0024] (3) Take 100 mL of the saturated β-cyclodextrin aqueous solution obtained in step (1), and slowly add the ethanol solution of lemon balm essential oil obtained in step (2). Wherein, the molar ratio of citral and β-cyclodextrin in lemon balm essential oil is 1:2.

[0025] (4) Shake the solution obtained in step (3) at room temperature for 3-4 hours at 100-200 r / min. After the reaction is complete, store it at about 4°C for 24 hours to allow the formed microcapsules to settle.

[0026] (5) Filter the solution obtained in step (4). In order to avoid the presence of essential oils on the surface of the microcapsules, the filtered precipitate is washed with pe...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a melissa officinalis L. essential oil and beta-cyclodextrin molecule microcapsule and aims to improve the physical and chemical properties and the stability of the melissa officinalis L. essential oil and expand the application range of the melissa officinalis L. essential oil. The method comprises the following steps of: adding ethanol solution of the melissa officinalis L. essential oil into saturated aqueous solution of beta-cyclodextrin slowly, wherein the molar ratio of citral in the melissa officinalis L. essential oil to beta-cyclodextrin is 1:2, and the volume ratio of the melissa officinalis L. essential oil to ethanol is 3:100; oscillating the solutions for 3 hours at a rotating speed of 160r / min at the temperature of 30 DEGC for complete reaction, preserving a product of reaction at the temperature of 4 DEG C for 4 hours, standing, and precipitating; and filtering the obtained solution, and drying a precipitate at the temperature of 50-70 DEG C for 4 hours to obtain the melissa officinalis L. essential oil and beta-cyclodextrin molecule microcapsule. By encapsulating beta-cyclodextrin and the melissa officinalis L. essential oil, the powder of the molecule microcapsule has extremely good optical and thermal stability; the range of application of the melissa officinalis L. essential oil is expanded; and the method is simple and highly practical.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of lemon balm essential oil-beta-cyclodextrin molecular microcapsules. Background technique [0002] Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) is a perennial herb of Lamiaceae. It is native to both sides of the Mediterranean Sea in Europe. There are also wild species distributed in south-central, southwestern and Taiwan provinces of my country, and less cultivated. The whole plant has a fresh lemon aroma, which is a characteristic aromatic plant with both medicine and food. It can be eaten as a vegetable, which has health care functions for the human body. It can be eaten raw as a cold dish, and can also be used as a salad ingredient and seasoning for broth. As a medicinal plant, lemon balm and honey are mixed and eaten, which can promote digestion and relieve sore throat. Drinking fresh lemon balm tea can treat chronic bronchitis and colds, and has the effects of calming, treating insomnia, and lowering blood p...
