The sealant comprises 3-20 parts of cyclohexyl methyl diisocyanate, 4-25 parts of tetramethylbenzene diisocyanate, 4-65 parts of sulfonate grafted polyester polyol, 15-25 parts of phenolic resin, 10-70 parts of solvent, 0.005-0.02 part of catalyst, 1-3 parts of chain extender, 0.1-0.5 part of stabilizer, 0.3-1 part of coupling agent, 10-80 parts of filler, and 5-15 parts of plasticizer. The preparation method comprises the steps of adding sulfonate grafted polyester polyol and the solvent to a reaction kettle, sealing the reaction kettle, electrically agitating and heating to 50-60 DEG C; vacuumizing and decompressing, adding cyclohexyl methyl diisocyanate, tetramethylbenzene diisocyanate and phenolic resin, lastingly agitating and controlling the temperature of the reaction kettle to 70-80 DEG C; adding the catalyst, the chain extender, the stabilizer and the coupling agent; cooling to 40-50 DEG C; adding the filler to evenly agitate; and adding the plasticizer to evenly disperse.
