The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the polyether polyol into a vessel and dehydrating in the vacuum environment; sequentially adding polyester polyol, isocyano polyacid ester and the catalyst and stirring evenly; adding the fireproof and high-temperature resistant filling agent and stirring at a high speed; adding methylene dichloride; and then standing for 24 hours, thereby obtaining the monocomponent foaming agent.
