Abstract

According to the invention, a crude enzyme liquid can be obtained after ultrasonic crushing and ultracentrifugation. Within a range of a temperature of 37-40 DEG C and a pH value of 6-8, the bacterium has high enzyme-producing capacity. Through (NH4)2SO4 salting impurity protein removing and MonoQ anion exchange column purification, primarily purified enzyme can be obtained. The enzyme has high activity within a range of a temperature of 35-45 DEG C and a pH value of 7.0-8.5. Metal ions K<+>, Fe<3+>, and Mg<2+>, and dithiothreitol DTT and ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid EDTA can promote the activity of the enzyme. The method provided by the invention has high operability. The produced enzyme has wider adaptation range than that of the bacterium. The enzyme has high activity under natural conditions. With the enzyme, a pesticide degradation rate approaches 90%. The enzyme has higher practical value.
