The preparation method disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps: adding m-phenylenediamine and 2,4-diamido-6-R-1,3,5-triazine to a mixed solvent, then adding 4-dimethylamino-pyridine, and cooling under protection of an inert gas after mixing; adding m-phthaloyl chloride to react at 40-80 DEG C; and adjusting the pH value, dialyzing and drying to prepare the heterocyclic meta-aramid.
