Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation process of silkworm chrysalis chitosan. The preparation process is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) deproteinization, namely, soaking raw materials at the temperature of 85 DEG C for four hours in a 5% sodium hydroxide solution, so as to be deproteinized; (2) inorganic salt removal, namely, soaking at the soaking temperature of 30 DEG C for 18 hours in 3% hydrochloric acid so as to remove inorganic salts; (3) decoloring, namely, regulating the pH value to be 9-13 with 5%-30% hydrogen peroxide, treating at the water bath temperature of 70-100 DEG C for one to four hours so as to be decolored, wherein the bath ratio is 1:40; and (4) deacetylation, namely, treating in a 40% sodium hydroxide solution for 12 hours at 90 DEG C, wherein alkali liquor is changed for three times at an interval of four hour. The preparation process has the beneficial effects that the traditional process is optimized, firstly the sodium hydroxide solution is adopted for deproteinization, then the hydrochloride acid is adopted for removing the inorganic salts, and the optimal flow of the preparation process can be determined, not only can the economical cost be effectively saved, but also the molecule structure of the product cannot be destroyed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of polymer materials, and in particular relates to a preparation process of silkworm chrysalis chitosan. Background technique [0002] Due to the excellent properties of chitosan, its application fields are constantly expanding, and the demand for chitosan raw materials is also increasing. my country is a big country in sericulture, with an annual output of more than 100,000 tons of silkworm chrysalis. For a long time, silkworm chrysalis, as a by-product of the silk reeling process, is mainly used as feed for livestock and poultry. At present, research scholars mainly focus on the development of silkworm chrysalis on pupa oil and pupa protein. The silkworm chrysalis shell contains a large amount of chitosan, but the pupa shell has not been developed and utilized, which is a waste of resources and pollutes the environment. Therefore, extracting chitosan raw material from silkworm chrysalis has a good develop...
