Abstract

The invention relates to an atmospheric corrosion simulator capable of adjusting temperature, humidity, ultraviolet light and pollution gas. The atmospheric corrosion simulator consists of an air compressor, a purifying and drying system, a humidifying system, a pollution gas generating and controlling system, a mixing box, a relative humidity detector, a constant-temperature water bath and an atmospheric corrosion simulation test box, wherein the purifying and drying system consists of a needle valve, a rotor flow meter and four organic glass tubes which are filled with purification components; through the humidifying system, wet air is formed by dry air through a water tank which is filled with medium-temperature bubbling distilled water; a tail gas absorbing device consists of different washing bottles which are filled with diluted hydrochloric acid and diluted sodium hydroxide solutions; an ultraviolet light system is used for adjusting and controlling the type and the strength of the ultraviolet light in the atmospheric corrosion simulation test box; the purifying and drying system, the humidifying system and all pipelines are fixed on a frame. Through using the atmospheric corrosion simulator, the efficiency of durability research on materials in a marine pollution atmosphere can be greatly improved; meanwhile, the pollution conditions can be controlled precisely; compared with a conventional method, the atmospheric corrosion simulator is more approximate to the accrual engineering application condition.
