Abstract

The present invention relates to a protein-containing composition, a preparation method and an application thereof. The protein-containing composition comprises high protein yeast, soybean protein, whey protein, selenium-rich yeast, zinc-rich yeast, vitamins, docosahexaenoic acid and arachidonic acid, and further comprises one or a plurality of materials selected from a zinc-rich yeast extract, a calcium nutrition enhancer and an iron nutrition enhancer. The present invention further provides an infant high protein food containing the high protein composition, and an application of the high protein composition in preparation of the infant high protein food. The present invention further relates to made powder, granules, tablets and / or capsules.
