Embodiment 1

[0049] Embodiment 1, postharvest fruit of storage avocado

[0050] 1. Storage of post-harvest fruit of avocado

[0051] 1. Fruit collection

[0052] The tested fruit is avocado Guikenda No. 2 variety, collected in Nanning, Guangxi. When picking, select fruits with uniform size, no pests and mechanical damage, and transport them back to the Postharvest Physiological and Pathological Innovation Group of the Development Center, Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences within 24 hours after picking. The fruit is randomly divided into 5 batches, packed into fruit baskets (42cm × 32cm × 28cm), 40 in each basket, 5 baskets in total for each treatment, and the baskets are covered with plastic bags to keep the relative humidity at about 85%.

[0053] 2. Different methods of processing fruit

[0054] 1-MCP treatment method: Put the avocado fruit on the second day after harvest into a plastic fruit box of 39cm×29cm×16cm, and stack it in a plastic tent with a volume of 1 cubic ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preserving harvested avocado fruits. The method which can be used for achieving at least one function of (a)-(e) comprises following steps of putting the harvested avocado fruits into sealed vessels filled with 1-methyl cyclopropene; (a) preserving the harvested avocado fruits; (b) delaying the respiratory climacteric of the harvested avocado fruits; (c) preventing diseases of the harvested avocado fruits; (d) delaying ripening and senescence of the harvested avocado fruits or prolonging the storage time of the harvested avocado fruits; and (e) inhibiting membrane lipid peroxidation of the avocado fruits. In the method, 1-MCP is adopted for processing the harvested avocado fruits, the ripening and senescence of the avocado fruits can be effectively delayed, and the storage service life is prolonged.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular to a method for storing postharvest fruits of avocado. Background technique [0002] Avocado, also known as avocado, is a tropical and precious fruit with high nutritional value. It contains a variety of vitamins, rich fatty acids and protein, and is also high in sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, etc. Its nutritional value is equivalent to that of butter. The reputation of "forest cream". In addition to being eaten as fruit, it can also be used as dishes and cans. The fat content of avocado is as high as more than 20% of its fresh weight, and 80% is unsaturated fatty acid, which is the crown of all fruits. The protein content in the pulp is also very high, which can reach 15%, which is more than 1 times higher than that of citrus, papaya, banana and mango. It contains a large number of enzymes, which can accelerate the decomposition of fat, have the effect of strengthening the s...
