Embodiment 6

[0030] Example 6 and a comparative example illustrate the adsorption effect of this new porous composite material.

Embodiment 1

[0032] Mix 66.40mg 3-(pyrene-1-yl)-1-phenylprop-2-en-1-one (chalcone-1) with 40.80mg 7,7,8,8-tetracyano-p-benzoquinone di Add methane (TCNQ) into the mortar, grind for 30min, observe that the color changes to dark green, and the porous composite material is obtained.

Embodiment 2

[0034] 61.60mg of 3-(anthracen-9-yl)-1-phenylprop-2-en-1-one (chalcone-2) and 40.80mg of 7,7,8,8-tetracyano-p-benzoquinone di Add methane (TCNQ) into the mortar, drop 1mL of methanol into the mortar, grind for 30min, observe that the color turns dark green, take out the ground powder, and dry it to obtain a porous composite material.

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a porous composite material. The material is prepared by forming binary co-crystallization through utilizing two monomer organic molecules, namely by grinding chalcone molecules containing aromatic thickening rings, and 7,7,8,8-Tetracyanoquinodimethane (TCNQ) under the assistance of no solvent, or prepared by grinding under the assistance of non-aromatic hydrocarbon solvent and drying. The porous composite material can selectively absorb aromatic hydrocarbon and aromatic hydrocarbon composition after being applied to a solvent mixture of aromatic hydrocarbon and non-aromatic hydrocarbon.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of a novel porous composite material, which can selectively absorb aromatic hydrocarbon molecules. Background technique [0002] Aromatic hydrocarbon molecules and their composition solvents are commonly used organic solvents and are widely used in the fields of synthetic medicine, coatings, resins, dyes, explosives and pesticides. In the organic synthesis industry, aromatic hydrocarbons and their composition solvents are often mixed with non-aromatic hydrocarbon solvents, and the recovery and reuse of such mixed solvents requires a separation process. Purification technology generally adopts methods such as rectification, extraction, adsorption rectification, adsorption and complexation separation. The action mechanism of the present invention belongs to the category of adsorption separation. Adsorption methods include molecular sieves (such as hydrogen mordenite (HM)) [Document 7: Acta Catalytica Sinica...
