According to the invention, by adopting the titanium dioxide as the pakcing material, the celluloid sheet has the effects of high elongation, reinforcement and aging resistance as well as the advantages of sunlight resistance, no cracking, no color change and the like; the service life of the celluloid product can be prolonged while the toughness and strength of celluloid are improved; and moreover, the added stabilizer improves the stability of the pigment, and the added glacial acetic acid can enhance the stability and reduce the inflammability of the product.
