Embodiment 1

[0027] A preparation method of amino-modified macadamia nut shell adsorbent includes the following steps:

[0028] Step 1. Soak the macadamia nut shells in distilled water for 7 days while scrubbing the inner and outer surfaces of the nut shells with a brush; after cleaning, bake them at 80°C for 48 hours; use a crusher to crush the macadamia shells and pass 120-200 Purpose sieve to obtain macadamia nut shell powder, which is stored in sealed bags;

[0029] Step 2. Add 10ml of diethylenetriamine to 1g of macadamia nut shell powder, and then place it at 70°C and stir for 180min at a constant temperature for amino modification;

[0030] Step 3: The modified macadamia nut shell powder is rinsed with deionized water to neutrality, and then put into an oven for drying at 60° C., and ground to obtain an amino-modified macadamia nut shell adsorbent.

Embodiment 2

[0032] Step 1. Soak the macadamia nut shells in distilled water for 10 days while scrubbing the inner and outer surfaces of the nut shells with a brush; after cleaning, bake them at 60°C for 24 hours; use a crusher to crush the macadamia shells and pass 120-200 Purpose sieve to obtain macadamia nut shell powder and put it in sealed bag for storage;

[0033] Step 2: Add 15ml of diethylenetriamine to 1g of macadamia nut shell powder, and then place it at 70°C and stir for 180min at a constant temperature for amino modification;

[0034] Step 3: The modified macadamia nut shell powder is rinsed with deionized water to neutrality, and then put into an oven for drying at 60°C, and after grinding, an amino-modified macadamia nut shell adsorbent is obtained.

Embodiment 3

[0036] Step 1. Soak the macadamia nut shells in distilled water for 14 days, while scrubbing the inner and outer surfaces of the nut shells with a brush; after cleaning, bake them at 105°C for 36 hours; use a crusher to crush the macadamia shells and pass 120-200 Purpose sieve to obtain macadamia nut shell powder and put it in sealed bag for storage;

[0037] Step 2. Add 20ml of diethylenetriamine to 1g of macadamia nut shell powder, and then place it at 70°C and stir for 180min at a constant temperature to perform amino modification;

[0038] Step 3: The modified macadamia nut shell powder is rinsed with deionized water to neutrality, and then put into an oven for drying at 60°C, and after grinding, an amino-modified macadamia nut shell adsorbent is obtained.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing an adsorbing agent by adopting a macadimia nut shell as a raw material and diethylenetriamine as a modifying agent, belonging to the field of preparation of materials. The method disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps: cleaning, crushing and sieving the macadimia nut shell as the raw material, adding the diethylenetriamine, and keeping constant-temperature stirring at temperature of 50-70 DEG C for 1-5h to obtain an amino modified macadimia nut shell adsorbing agent. Experiment results indicate that the adsorption capacity of the amino modified macadimia nut shell adsorbing agent prepared by adopting an experiment to an anionic dye reaches 370mg/g. The method is simple in making process and low in cost; and the prepared adsorbing agent has the advantages of good chemical stability and high mechanical strength, and is easy to reclaim, can be applied to treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater, and is an adsorbing agent which is simple and convenient to prepare and excellent in effect.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of an amino-modified macadamia nut shell adsorbent for treating anionic dyes in printing and dyeing wastewater, and belongs to the field of material preparation. Background technique [0002] Printing and dyeing wastewater is an important part of industrial wastewater. With the rapid development of the printing and dyeing textile industry, printing and dyeing wastewater has become one of the key pollution sources of the water environment. With the increasing number and variety of dyes used in the printing and dyeing industry, the continuous changes in the printing and dyeing process and product structure have caused great changes in the water quality of the printing and dyeing wastewater. Printing and dyeing wastewater has the characteristics of high concentration of organic matter, high chroma, rich colors, and poor biodegradability. At present, the main methods of treating dye wastewater are activated carbon ...
