Abstract

The invention discloses a method for quickly measuring the resistance of eggplant verticillium wilt at the seedling stage. The method mainly comprises the following steps: firstly, performing two-step culture on verticillium dahiae EV8 with a collection number of CGMCC (China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center) NO.8959 through a PDA (potato dextrose agar) slant culture medium and a rice culture medium to obtain inocula; secondly, performing indoor culture on seeds of an eggplant to be measured to form eggplant seedlings each with two leaves and one heart, and cutting off 0.7-2.0 cm long root tips; thirdly, adjusting the inocula to form a spore suspension with the spore concentration of (3.0-10.0)*107 spores / ml, soaking the roots of the eggplant seedlings in the spore suspension for 8-15 seconds, re-putting the eggplant seedlings into a nutritional pot, and filling the nutritional pot with 10-15 ml of the spore suspension; finally, culturing the eggplant seedling for 15-20 days, measuring the disease index and determining the resistance.
