Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: heating the wastewater to 30-80 DEG C; adding a reducing agent accounting for 2-8% of the wastewater amount and reacting for 10-30 minutes; adding an alkaline solution and adjusting the pH value of the wastewater to 11-12; removing the ammonia nitrogen by a blow-off method for 4-8 hours at the temperature of 30-50 DEG C according to a gas-liquid ratio of 1500 to 2500; filtering and precipitating, collecting precipitate, and adding CO2 to adjust the pH value of the wastewater to 7-9; adding zeolite accounting for 3-10% of the wastewater amount and reacting for 30-120 minutes. The reducing agent adopts sodium sulfite and is stable in property and free of toxicity and harmless; the wastewater is adjusted to be alkaline by a lime-alkali solution, so that the operation cost is low; the content of chromium in the filter cake after filtering is greater than 35%; the ammonia nitrogen is removed by the blow-off method, so that the removal rate can reach over 90%; the zeolite is taken as an adsorbent; the process is simple; the reaction process is stable; the low-concentration metal ions and the ammonia nitrogen are removed; the discharged water can reach the specific industrial emissions standard in China.
