Abstract

A sleeve grouting material for connection of steel bars is prepared by adding 13-14 parts by weight of water into per 100 parts by weight of sleeve grouting material dry powder for connection of steel bars. The dry powder is a mixture comprising the following components by weight: 1350-1450 parts of compound cement prepared by mixing ordinary Portland cement and sulphoaluminate cement, 250-550 parts of quartz powder, 350-500 parts of silica powder, 150-250 parts of micro silica powder, 50-100 parts of light calcium carbonate, 50-150 parts of a compound expansion agent, 20-25 parts of polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent and 2.15-2.30 parts of a modifier; the modifier comprises 0.15-0.2 part of a polyether modified silicone defoaming agent, 0.8-1 part of sodium gluconate, 0.4-0.5 part of zinc oxide and 0.6-0.8 part of lithium carbonate.
