[0030] A kind of preparation method of anti-ultraviolet aging asphalt comprises the steps:

[0031] (1) Heat the asphalt to 170°C-180°C, and measure it for later use;

[0032] (2) Add the weighed rubber powder, paraffin wax, tackifying resin and glyceryl stearate, and shear at a medium speed in a high-speed shearer for 30 minutes;

[0033] (3) Add the weighed anti-ultraviolet aging additive into the asphalt in step (2), and stir at a high speed for 30 minutes;

[0034] (4) Raise the temperature to 190°C-200°C, add rubber powder, and stir for 1-2 hours until there are no visible particles to the naked eye.

[0035] The asphalt used is 90# heavy traffic asphalt;

[0036] The rubber powder used is one or more of 80 mesh styrene-butadiene rubber, chloroprene rubber, butadiene rubber, EPDM rubber and binary ethylene-propylene rubber.

[0037] The tackifying resin used is hydrogenated petroleum resin.

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of petrochemical engineering and particularly relates to ultraviolet-aging-resistant asphalt. The ultraviolet-aging-resistant asphalt is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 10-25% of rubber powder, 5-35% of paraffin, 5-25% of tackifying resin, 2-16% of ultraviolet-aging-resistant auxiliaries, 15% of glyceryl stearate and the balance of asphalt. The ultraviolet-aging-resistant asphalt provided by the invention can be used for greatly relieving natural attenuation of three indexes of evaporated residues of the asphalt, so that the high temperature resistance is greatly improved relative to the original asphalt, the temperature shrinkage cracks are reduced, the road surface fracturing is avoided; the ultraviolet-aging-resistant auxiliaries are added, so that the ultraviolet ageing resistance of the asphalt is greatly improved, and the service life of the asphalt is effectively prolonged.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of petrochemical industry, in particular to an ultraviolet aging-resistant asphalt. Background technique [0002] Asphalt is a dark brown complex mixture composed of different molecular weight hydrocarbons and their non-metallic derivatives. It is in liquid state and is a waterproof, moisture-proof and anti-corrosion organic gelling material. [0003] With the rapid development of my country's highway construction, high-grade highways have higher and higher requirements for modified asphalt materials. Although the use of polymer modified asphalt has become an effective way to improve the performance of asphalt pavement, its price is high and the cost is high; while the use of rubber powder modified road asphalt has abundant raw material rubber powder resources, low price, and simple processing technology. It can improve the elasticity of asphalt, and can improve the high and low temperature performance of a...
