Problems solved by technology

Ascophyllum nodosum is a class of marine algae with a wide range of sources. At present, there is no report of using Ascophyllum nodosum to treat heavy metal chromium in wastewater. Therefore, providing a method based on Ascophyllum nodosum to treat heavy metal chromium in wastewater has broad application prospects

Embodiment 1

[0044] Example 1: Investigation on process parameters related to adsorption of heavy metal ions in water by modified Ascophyllum nodosum

[0045] 1. Investigation on the modification treatment conditions of Ascophyllum nodosum

[0046] 1.1 Pretreatment of Ascophyllum nodosum: crush the Ascophyllum nodosum with a Chinese herbal medicine grinder, sieve through a 45-mesh sieve, dry at 60 degrees Celsius for 24 hours, and store in a dry place;

[0047] 1.2 Selection of modifiers:

[0048] Prepare different kinds of modifiers respectively, and investigate their modification effects on Ascophyllum nodosum. The specific preparation process is as follows:

[0049] 0.1mol / L p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid: Dissolve 1.73g of analytically pure p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid in a small beaker, use a 100ml volumetric flask to make up the volume, and transfer it to a 150ml Erlenmeyer flask for use.

[0050] 0.01mol / L Ferric Chloride: Dissolve 0.27g of ferric chloride hexahydrate in a small beake...

Embodiment 2

[0102] Embodiment 2: Utilize modified Ascophyllum nodosum to treat the application of metal ion chromium in wastewater

[0103] First, modify Ascophyllum nodosum, the specific method is: add modifier (0.01mol / L, FeCl 3 ), the ratio of the amount of Ascophyllum nodosum to the modifier was 1g:70mL, stirred at room temperature for 20 hours, dried in an oven at 60°C for 10 hours, ground with a mortar, and passed through an 80-mesh sieve.

[0104] Then the Ascophyllum nodosum after the modified treatment is added in the waste water to be treated, the addition of the Ascophyllum nodosum is 5g / L (that is, the Ascophyllum nodosum after adding 5g modified treatment in every liter of water), the pH adjustment is 1, The temperature is 30°C, and the adsorption treatment is 7h.

[0105] The concentrations of heavy metal chromium ions in wastewater before and after treatment were detected respectively, and the results are shown in Table 3.

[0106] Table 3 Modified Ascophyllum nodosum was...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for adsorbing heavy metal ion chromium in water by using modified Ascophyllum Nodosum, which comprises the following steps: (1) modification treatment of Ascophyllum Nodosum: adding 70-100mL of modifier into every gram of Ascophyllum Nodosum, stirring at room temperature for 18-22 hours, filtering, drying the filter residue, pulverizing and screening; and (2) adding 3-8g of the modified Ascophyllum Nodosum into every liter of water to be treated, regulating the pH value to 1-1.5, and carrying out adsorption treatment at 30-40 DEG C for 5-8 hours. In the step (1), the modifier is composed of 0.005-0.05 mol / L iron chloride, a mixed solution of anhydrous ethanol and acetic acid in a volume ratio of 5:1, 0.1 mol / L citric acid, and 0.1 mol / L sulfanilic acid or acetone. The method disclosed by the invention can selectively adsorb low-concentration Cr<6+> in water, has the advantages of high removal rate, high efficiency and environment friendliness, and can not cause secondary pollution.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for adsorbing heavy metal ion chromium in water by utilizing modified Ascophyllum nodosum. Background technique [0002] Cr(Ⅵ) is a highly toxic heavy metal, and it is one of the 129 key pollutants recognized by the US EPA, and it is also a key pollutant in my country. With the rapid development of my country's industry, the use of heavy metals has become more and more extensive, and the accompanying heavy metal pollution problem has become increasingly serious. A large amount of chromium (VI)-containing wastewater is discharged in industrial production processes such as electroplating, tanning, dyes, and films. Chromium (VI) is mainly composed of Cr in water 2 O 7 2- and CrO 4 2- It exists in the form of very strong oxidizing property, is highly toxic, is carcinogenic, and is easily absorbed by the human body and accumulates in the body. Therefore, chromium (VI) is an important indicator for water pollution con...
