The multifunctional microbial organic fertilizer is prepared by mixing a fermented agricultural organic fertilizer with a multi-effect biological fertilizer provided by the Chinese patent ZL201210108437.8, wherein the weight percent of the fermented agricultural organic fertilizer is 70%-90%; and the weight percent of the multi-effect biological fertilizer is 10%-30%; the fermented agricultural organic fertilizer is an organic fertilizer which is produced by mixing a facultative anaerobic bacteria flora seed leavening agent with agricultural organic waste raw materials in a manner of compost anaerobic fermentation; and the agricultural organic waste raw materials are prepared from any one or a mixture of more of a maize straw, a soybean straw, a straw, weeds and livestock manures. The multifunctional microbial organic fertilizer is complete in nutrient, loose and free of stink; plant diseases and insect pests can be prevented; and the multifunctional microbial organic fertilizer has relatively good prevention and treatment effects on soil-borne diseases.
