Abstract

The invention discloses application of a nano lignosulphonate preparation in promoting growth of plant seedlings. Deep researches on lignosulphonate show that the nano lignosulphonate preparation prepared on the basis of the lignosulphonate helps improve utilization efficiency of lignin and reduce the usage, thus growth of the plant seedlings is better promoted and heavy metals absorptivity is better. Plant seedling tests using the nano lignosulphonate preparation show that the nano sodium lignosulphonate of appropriate concentration has evident effect of promoting root length, seedling height and germination rate of wheat and mung bean seedlings; the nano sodium lignosulphonate preparation is more effective than the non-nano preparations. Comparison analysis on zinc stressed growth of the wheat and mung bean seedlings shows that processing with the nano sodium lignosulphonate helps increase plant root length, seedling height, germination rate, fresh and dry weight in growth at seedling phase, and leaf chlorophyll content, thus, zinc stress at seedling stage of the wheat and mung bean is relieved, and the resistance of plants to heavy metals is improved.
