Abstract

The invention discloses a coprinus comatus strain production formula and a coprinus comatus strain production method. The method includes mother strain production, original strain production and culture strain production. In mother strain production, coprinus comatus spawns grow well in a PDA (potato dextrose agar) culture medium and grow better in an enriched medium or a kernel juice medium. In original strain production, coprinus comatus spawns grow best in a medium mainly made from kernels and cottonseed hulls. Culture strain production includes: inserting round wooden rods or test tubes 2-2.5cm in diameter to the bottom of a bag without piercing the bag, compacting with hands while feeding until dry materials (about 500g) reaches to 2/3 length of the bag, flattening, and pulling out the wooden rods or test tubes. Holes left after the wooden rods or test tubes are pulled out are firm and less prone to blockage in a transport process, and steam is easy to penetrate through culture materials during sterilization, so that sterilization can be more thorough; in addition, original strains can fall to the bottoms of the holes in inoculation, and consequently spawn growth is accelerated while culture strain culture time is shortened.
