Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method and application of environment-friendly type protective coating. The preparation method comprises the preparation steps of adding water-borne polyurethane dispersoid and a wetting dispersant into a beaker, and adopting a high-speed shearing, dispersion and emulsion machine to shear and disperse the water-borne polyurethane dispersoid and the wetting dispersant; then adding a silicon dioxide product, and carrying out ultrasonic dispersion for 1 to 3 hours after uniform mixing and stirring; adding a defoaming agent and a flatting agent into the beaker after reaction for being mixed and stirred, and standing for 1 to 5 hours; removing partial water in a vacuum drying tank. The application is characterized in that the environment-friendly type protective coating is sprayed on the surface of a transparent part to obtain a strippable protective coating layer, the environment-friendly type protective coating is sprayed for 2 to 3 times during spraying, the interval time for spraying the environment-friendly type protective coating is 20 to 30 minutes, the transparent part can be put into a baking oven for being heated for 3 to 5 hours or put under room temperature for 48 to 72 hours after spraying is completed and a uniform and smooth film layer is formed on the surface of the transparent part.
