Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing a functional cotton fabric by utilizing ferric ion complexing phytic acid. The method comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving a ferric ion salt in 50mL of water, adding cotton cloth, stirring at 60 DEG C for 30 minutes, taking out and drying; (2) putting the treated cotton cloth into a phytic acid aqueous solution and stirring at 80 DEG C for 45 minutes; (3) cooling to 0-5 DEG C and adding aniline; (4) slowly dropwise adding an ammonium persulfate aqueous solution and standing for 30 minutes after dropwise adding the ammonium persulfate aqueous solution; and (5) taking out a treated cotton fabric, washing the cotton fabric with water, and drying the cotton fabric. According to the preparation technology, ferric ions serve as a phytic acid adsorbent, phytic acid is enriched on the surfaces of cotton fibers, and based on this, aniline is polymerized on the surfaces of the cotton fibers in situ, so that the cotton fabric is endowed with conductive and flame-retardant performances; and a technology for flocculating phytic acid by ferric ions is combined with a polyaniline in-situ chemical synthesis technology, so that the washing resistance of phytic acid is improved and the stability and durability of conductivity and flame retardance of the cotton fabric are enhanced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing functional cotton fabrics, in particular to a method for preparing functional cotton fabrics by complexing phytic acid with ferric ions. Background technique [0002] With the advancement of science and technology, more electrical products have entered people's lives, bringing electromagnetic pollution to people, which is called the fourth largest pollution after air pollution, water pollution and noise pollution. After the human body is irradiated by excessive electromagnetic waves, the blood, lymph and cell protoplasm will change, resulting in damage to the deoxyribonucleic acid in the cells and genetic mutations and deformities, which will induce leukemia and tumors, and also cause changes in placental chromosomes. Cause deformity of the baby or spontaneous abortion of the pregnant woman. [0003] Conductive polymers are organic polymers with adjustable electrical conductivity, especially polyaniline,...
