The wireless power transmission system includes an emission module, a reception module, a control module and a power supply module, wherein the emission module is used for receiving driving voltage to generate driving current so as to generate an alternating magnetic field, and is coupled with the reception module to perform wireless power transmission; the reception module is used for coupling with the emission module to perform wireless power transmission, and sending the feedback information to the control module; the control module is used for acquiring the amplitude and phase controlling the driving current according to the feedback information, and enabling the power supply module to work according to the acquired amplitude and phase; and the power supply module is used for receiving the amplitude and phase and adjusting the amplitude and phase so as to supply driving voltage for the emission module and generate the required driving current. The invention provides a wireless power transmission system and method, based on a three dimensional coil wave beam shaping technology.
