Abstract

The invention discloses a ginkgo toxicity removal method based on a physical and enzymatic combination method. Through screening of substantial experiments, toxic component degrading enzymes of ginkgoes are used for bioconversion at the optimal temperature under optimal moisture conditions, toxic component 4-0-methyl pyridoxine and cyanogentic glycoside type components of the ginkgoes are removed efficiently, allergic protein in the ginkgoes are denatured and inactivated through high-temperature treatment, degraded products of the cyanogentic glycoside components are evaporated and removed, toxic component ginkgo acid is removed, moisture of the ginkgoes is reduced to some extent according to distribution of the ginkgo acid in the ginkgoes, and germ positions with the most gingko acid are removed manually or mechanically. The ginkgo toxicity removal method has the advantages of reasonableness in overall process design, high detoxification efficiency, environment protection, safety, non-existence of residual solvent, convenience in operation, low cost and capabilities of overcoming defects in the prior art and achieving industrial production.
