Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, there are many monoclonal antibodies in soybean varieties in my country, and there are few varieties resistant to multiple diseases and insect pests. Multiple resistant near-isogenic lines with high resistance to one disease and insect pest and other agronomic and yield traits are mixed in proportion for production purposes. Highly resistant soybean hybrid varieties have not been reported yet

Abstract

The invention discloses a breeding method of a disease-insect-resistant soybean variety, and belongs to the technical field of soybean disease and insect resistance breeding. The method comprises the steps that a high-oil and high-yield soybean variety wing bean No.4 or flat bean No.1 is taken as a recurrent parent to be hybridized with a high downy-mildew-resistant variety, a high mosaic-virus-resistant variety, a high bacterial-speck-resistant variety, a high budworm-resistant variety, a high grey-speck-disease-resistant variety and a high cyst-nematode-disease-resistant variety separately, five kinds of main soybean disease and insect source-resistant genes are guided into the high-oil and high-yield soybean varieties in the same genetic background through a synchronous backcrossing method, five disease-insect-resistant near-isogenic lines which can highly resist corresponding diseases and insects and have the agronomic and yield characteristics highly consistent with those of the recurrent parent are bred, seeds of the five disease-insect-resistant near-isogenic lines are mixed according to the ratio of 1:1:1:1:1, and then seeds of the high-resistant soybean variety for production are obtained. The disease-insect-resistant soybean variety is a mixed variety, and after the seeds are planted, the plant leaf forms and the agronomic characteristics are uniform, the yield is high, and the resistance is good.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention specifically relates to a method for breeding soybean varieties resistant to diseases and insect pests, and belongs to the technical field of soybean breeding for resistance to disease and pests. Background technique [0002] Soybean is native to China. It is a leguminous crop whose seeds are rich in plant protein and fat. Soybean has a wide range of uses. It is often used to extract soybean oil, make various soybean products and extract protein. The by-products after oil extraction Soybean meal is the most important protein raw material for the feed industry. Soybean downy mildew, mosaic virus disease, bacterial spot, borer, gray spot, and cyst nematode are the main diseases and insect pests of soybean, which are frequent and sudden, and seriously affect the improvement of soybean yield and quality. Soybean downy mildew is widely distributed in soybean producing areas in the world, and it is more common in Northeast China and North Chin...
