The fountain solution is diluted to 4% in concentration to obtain a working solution, the pH value of which is ranged from 4.9 to 5.2, the surface tension of which is ranged from 46.5mN/m to 50.3mN/m and the conductivity of which is ranged from 1004us/cm to 1057us/cm.
