Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of preparing of an anticorrosion preparation, wherein after 92 parts of LLDPE and 8 parts of LDPE are fully mixed, the anticorrosion preparation is prepared; drying; preheating; crushing; rust removal; heating, wherein the metal component subjected to rust removal treatment is overall heated till the temperature is 300 DEG C, and heat preservation is carried out; primary plastic lining; secondary plastic lining; and cooling, wherein the metal component is taken out and cooled in air to room temperature. According to the anticorrosion preparation prepared by adopting the LLDPE and the LDPE as raw materials and mixing the LLDPE and the LDPE, higher viscosity is kept while low shear sensibility of the LLDPE is achieved, the extremely good rheological property or melting mobility is achieved, and meanwhile the transparency of the LDPE is achieved.
