The heating furnace waste heat power generation system comprises a heating furnace, a waste heat recover, a superheater, a steam turbine, a power generator, a steam condenser and a plurality of first heat pipes arranged at the tail part of the heating furnace along the flow direction of smoke, wherein evaporation ends of the first heat pipes communicate with a heating furnace flue, condensation ends of the first heat pipes are connected into the waste heat recover, the waste heat recover is internally provided with a working medium, a working medium outlet flow channel is connected to an inlet of the superheater, an outlet of the superheater is connected to the steam turbine, an output shaft of the steam turbine is connected with the power generator, a working medium channel outlet of the steam turbine is connected with an inlet of the steam condenser, a pump is arranged on an outlet pipeline of the steam condenser, and communicates with a working medium inlet flow channel of the waste heat recover; and high-density multilayer and multicolumn linear bent heat exchange elements are configured on the outer surface of the first heat pipes. Therefore, the utilization efficiency of waste heat of the heating furnace is greatly improved through the first heat pipes, the steam turbine and the power generator, thus the heating furnace waste heat power generation system is energy-saving, green and environment-friendly.
